PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Park Commissioners of the Frankfort Square Park District, Will and Cook Counties, Illinois (the “Park Board”) will hold a meeting of the Park Board on the 16th day of September, 2021, at 7:30 o’clock P.M., at the Park District Administration Building, Room 204, 7540 W. Braemar Lane, Frankfort, Illinois.

CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 21-09-335, AN Ordinance providing for the issue of $106,000 General Obligation Limited Tax Park Bonds, Series 2021, for the purpose of providing the revenue source for the payment of certain outstanding alternate bonds of the PARK District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAID BONDS TO OLD PLANK TRAIL COMMUNITY BANK, N.A.
